The Required Federal Reporting Questionnaire is now available to complete for providers who received the Child Care Stabilization Grant funds between January 1, 2022 and March 31, 2022. The due date to complete and submit the questionnaire is April 20, 2022. If you received the Child Care Stabilization Grant Funds after March 31, 2022, a separate communication will be sent on when you should complete the questionnaire. Please note the questionnaire is mandatory. Also don’t forget to hit the submit button once you have completed the questionnaire for a service. You will lose your progress on that service if you don’t submit it.
State of Hawaii Child Care Stabilization Grant Program
The State of Hawaii Department of Human Services has received funds through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021 to provide assistance to licensed child care providers experiencing financial hardship and child care market instability due to COVID-19. Funds are intended to cover the financial obligations of continuing operations, preventing permanent closures, and/or enabling programs to re-open safely and with financial resources to Hawaii’s families.
