The Required Federal Reporting Questionnaire is now available to complete for providers who received the Child Care Stabilization Grant funds between July 1, 2022 and September 30, 2022. The due date to complete and submit the questionnaire is October 28, 2022. Please note the questionnaire is mandatory. Also don’t forget to hit the submit button once you have completed the questionnaire for a service. You will lose your progress on that service if you don’t submit it.

The Grant Check-In and Final Report are now available to complete for providers who have received the State of Hawaii Child Care Stabilization Grant Funds. The due date to complete and submit the Final Report is March 31, 2023. If you have not used all the funds awarded to you, please complete the Grant Check-in and our team will assist you identifying ways to use the remaining funds you have. Conversely, if you have used all your awarded funds, you can bypass Check-in and complete the Final Report. Completion of the Final Report is mandatory. The Grant Check-In can be found HERE, and the Final Report can be started by clicking Start Final Report from the menu bar, or by clicking on the the Required Final Report tile on the bottom of the page. Please do not forget to hit the submit button once you have completed the questionnaire for a service.

State of Hawaii Child Care Stabilization Grant Program

The State of Hawaii Department of Human Services has received funds through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021 to provide assistance to licensed child care providers experiencing financial hardship and child care market instability due to COVID-19. Funds are intended to cover the financial obligations of continuing operations, preventing permanent closures, and/or enabling programs to re-open safely and with financial resources to Hawaii’s families.
