ADDITIONAL FUNDING OPPORTUNITY NOW CLOSED

The Required Federal Reporting Questionnaire is now available to complete for providers who received the Child Care Stabilization Grant funds between July 1, 2023 and September 30, 2023. The due date to complete and submit the questionnaire is October 27, 2023. Please note the questionnaire is mandatory. Also don’t forget to hit the submit button once you have completed the questionnaire for a service. You will lose your progress on that service if you don’t submit it.

The Final Report is available to complete for providers who have received the State of Hawaii Child Care Stabilization Grant Funds. The due date to complete and submit the Final Report is March 31, 2023. Completion of the Final Report is mandatory. The Final Report can be started by clicking Start Final Report from the menu bar, or by clicking on the the Required Final Report tile on the bottom of the page. Please do not forget to hit the submit button once you have completed the report for each child care service.
